Worry-free cancellations for all individual bookings until end of 2020

We want to alleviate your travel worries, even those long-term ones! Until the end of this year, all individual The George reservations booked directly with us come with free cancellation – that’s for any stay with dates up to and including 31 December 2020 (for bookings made after the 1st May 2020). You can cancel or modify your stay up to 48 hours before arrival at no charge, no matter if you have booked our ‘Prepay and Save

Please note: the free cancellations apply only to individual bookings. Different rules apply to group and meeting room bookings. Please refer to your group or meeting room reservation emails for more details and contact options.

Cancelling bookings made via external channels

The George is unable to help with cancelling bookings made through external channels, such as Expedia, Booking.com or your travel agent. Please check the cancellation policy directly with them.

Keeping it clean

We are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all our hotels using a 75% alcohol-based disinfectant. Guest rooms are cleaned and disinfected after every use. Public restrooms, welcome areas and elevators are cleaned every hour;. Meeting rooms are cleaned and disinfected after every use. We are paying particular attention to high-touch areas like door handles, buttons, and light switches.

We are also promoting contactless stays, by filling out your registration card prior to arrival, providing us with your card details and guest information via our secure mobile concierge and TV in rooms.
