The main duties will include ensuring our guests receive exceptionally high standards of customer service yet at the same time making each guest feel special and individual. Other duties will include check in and out procedures,
Good telephone manner
Excellent customer care skills
Good command over the English language
Willing to work shift work and be part of a team
