Join our front office team

Working as part of our busy reception team, you will be responsible for welcoming
guests to our hotel, ensuring that the check in/out procedure is properly
completed in line with our standards. Dealing with any guest request in a
friendly and professional manner. This is a customer focused role and as a
team member of the front office staff you will need to be comfortable dealing with a wide variety of questions and issues, as well as informing guests about all of our hotel services, products and special promotions.

The right candidate will:

  • You will have immaculate personal grooming.
  • Experience of working within a high end hotel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer care skills.
  • You need to be calm, composed and have a polite and sophisticated manner.
  • You will be able to anticipate, emphasise and understand client’s needs.
  • The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working in the hospitality environment and can deliver an efficient 5+ star service at all times.
  • Be enthusiastic, outgoing, focused, friendly and with good communication skills.
  • Be able to work on your own and use initiative.
  • Must have excellent command of English both spoken and written.
  • You must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights, evenings and weekends.
  • Have excellent knowledge of computers.
